My friend is a fantastic artist and I have decided to buy some of her paintings. She is particularly skilled in oil painting and I have always been a fan of this medium and so I would love to buy some of her pictures to hang in my own house. I have also commissioned some work from her too. I have decided that I would really like to give some of her art paintings away as gifts this holiday season and it is nice to be able to help a friend out as well. She says that she does not paint for the money and just really enjoys it but I know that she could do with some extra money and so it is a pleasure getting her to do some work for me. I hope that my friends and family will enjoy her work as much as I do. I have asked her to do specific works for them, hoping that they will fit in with their taste and also the colour schemes that they have in their houses. I know that they all have artwork in their houses already so I hope that they will be welcome gifts.
